Jesus. Friends. Others.
Our Mission here in the children’s department at Foothills Church is to partner with you in teaching your children to apply God’s ways to their lives and respond in heartfelt worship.
Your First Visit
Make your way to the Children’s Welcome Center located in Children’s Building. A member of our team will meet you there and register your kids in our system. This process can take a couple minutes, so please allow a little bit of extra time when you arrive. On subsequent visits, you’ll simply check-in your child at the kiosks next to the Information Desk in the entrance of the Children’s center. Our friendly team will be happy to walk you through it.
How Does Check-In Work?
When you check-in your children, you receive their name tag as well as two claim tickets that you use when it’s time to pick them. As part of the registration and check-in process, we’ll ask for your cell phone number so we can contact you in case you are needed during the service.
We have classes for infants through 5th grade every Sunday at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. and Saturday at 6:30pm. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to each class.
Infants & Toddlers
Our goal is an environment where babies, toddlers, and parents feel comfortable and secure. Designed for children birth to two years old, we are staffed with caring moms, dads, and other volunteers who are focused on making sure children are cared for, loved, and accepted.
Giraffe • Koala • Lion • Tiger • Meerkat • Bird • Monkey • Hippo Room
Preschoolers (2 – 5-year-olds) are getting their very first look at who God is and what his love means to them, so all of our hands-on activities, games, and stories are geared toward helping them experience and connect with the life-changing truths of the Bible.
Jr Kid’s Church
Lower Elementary (1st – 2nd Grade) seeks to give kids community through a small group setting. Through creative programming, music, and dramas, kids hear God’s story. The Zone’s small group leaders serve with passion and the joy of knowing they’re making an eternal difference.
Upper Elementary (3rd – 5th Grade) is where adult leaders develop mentoring relationships with kids in a creative and fun learning environment. God’s Word comes alive in both large group and small group settings.
