Our high school ministry is a place for students from all schools and all backgrounds to come embark on a journey of discovering life the way Jesus described it. This passion drives everything we do.

The Mission

Thursdays

  • 7:00pm-8:30pm
  • Doors open at 6:15pm

The Mission is an opportunity for high school students to explore God through the reading of His Word, prayer, and relationships. Students meet on Thursdays to worship, learn, and grow together – and to hang out before and after at the coffee bar, gym, game lounge, fire pit, and nine square court.

Mission 9:10

Sundays

  • 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

Mission 9:10 is the place to get connected for High School Students who are in 9th and 10th grade. Students start in the main sanctuary and then are dismissed by the pastor after worship to head to their classroom on Sundays during 1st or 2nd service (We meet in Room A2). It is a great time of teaching and exploration during which we jump into biblical-based discussions that challenge students to think about applying God’s Word to their daily lives. We would love to see you there!

Small Groups

High school students are encouraged to participate in one of our high school small groups. These groups are made up of 10-15 students of the same sex and age and meet in homes (or sometimes in one of the classrooms at church) throughout East County on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. These small groups provide a more intimate setting where students can feel safe in sharing and develop lasting friendships with other students who share their values.
