Life Skills is a national ministry designed to help individuals increase their capacity to function in relationships, build character maturity and where possible, to offer the hope of reconciliation. Life Skills teaches skills that a person would have learned in a balanced, healthy home between birth and 18. These skills help participants learn to rebuild their lives and improve their self-image.

It is a 32 week, biblically-based program. Life Skills is a 501c3 non-profit educational organization.
Topics include: Manage and Resolve Anger, Understand Effects of the past, Identify and Break Cycles of Abuse, Deal with Emotions, Resolve Conflict, Deal with Guilt and Shame, Increase Communication Skills, Act Instead of React.

Class fees are based on a sliding scale according to each family's gross annual income. For more information, go to www.LifeskillsSanDiego.com
