Read again 1 Peter 2:9-10. Why did God call us out of darkness? What activity characterizes the “chosen race”?
After Peter describes the chosen people of God, he exhorts us to do certain things and avoid others. Read the whole chapter (1 Peter 2) and make a list of the things we are supposed to DO and a list of the things we are supposed to avoid. At home group we’ll examine the list to see why these are so important for the people of God.
