Women's Meet Up-Self Defense

Join us at our Women's Self Defense Meet-Up! We'll spend 2 hours learning from experts how to defend ourselves if attacked, then enjoy a 1 hour fruit bar.
This event has space for only 50 women. Please wear closed toed athletic shoes and workout clothes.
Childcare is available for children 10 years and younger for those who preregister.
