The greatest surge of freedom a person experiences is begins at age 18 and lasts for a decade or so - the young adult years. Our young adult ministry exists to support and offer guidance to those who are traversing this challenging/freeing/difficult/supercharged time of life. We believe that the only way to properly traverse these years of questions and decisions is to do it with Jesus right by your side.

For those 18-29, we have Common Ground, a community of young adults that seeks to make a difference by serving God’s purposes faithfully in this generation. We do this through our home groups, our main Thursday night meeting, yearly retreat, missions (Kenya and Guatemala), trips, and fellowship. If you are looking for a place to grow in your relationship with God, somewhere to become family and belong, then look no further.

For those 25-34, Cultivate is a monthly meeting geared to provide similar support but geared for people who are in a slightly different season of life.

Common Ground

Common Ground is our young adult/college ministry comprising of people between the ages of 18 and 29. We meet Thursday nights at 7pm in a coffee house atmosphere, featuring a live worship band playing contemporary Christian music. Each week a speaker presents a scripture-based message that is relevant for today’s culture

Cultivate is a new ministry for anyone ages 25-34. It's for those who are in a season of building, establishing, and cultivation that will bring about a significant life for God's Kingdom. Foothills has a great college ministry and a thriving young families ministry, but our prayer is this will fill the gap and allow those who find themselves in between these seasons to grow in their faith within a strong Christian community.

We meet the first Sunday of each month for a delicious dinner, powerful worship, a challenging message, and great fellowship.

Cost: $5 for dinner
Time: 6-8:30pm
Place: In the Youth Auditorium
